The stats on the firewall show that 1 of the affected users has transmitted 4GB in the last hour (to outlook.) Does anyone haveĪny idea what this could be? My initial thoughts are something broken with the sync process as it does seem to take a while on the "determining changes" when an email is sent/received. To give an example in the past 2 days there has been 200MB send outbound (not inbound mail received) in the lastĩ0 seconds, but 54.88GB in total (for 2 days)! The 2 users mailboxes are only 8GB and 3GB and the office has only 13 - 14 people. We found through monitoring that a lot of the outbound traffic is from 1 or 2 users and classified through the WiFi as outlook-web-service.
